1Amit Bhar is a worshipper of beauty in and out . Beauty and paradise combine to create a cadence on his canvas wherever he uses his brush. His works is resplendent with the rapture of poetic brilliance. The place in nature evident is a lush green village scenario; its unique rhythm wrapped in love is reflected in Amit’s making. The abundance of Bengal chooses itself on his canvas. He was born in the plains around the Gangetic region of Hooghly. His life is amply focused in his works. His canvas reflects softness and sweetness at the same time. At present he is a resident of Bengalore and has been staying here for a long span. Inspite of that his heart has its deeper roots in the Soil of Bengal. The zenith and nadir of musical rhythm touching up on his creations is overtly witnessed.
His sensitivities and thoughts find themselves revealed in his creations. It is soft, sweet, calm and beautiful. There is a notable serenity in his collections. It does not have to be searched for. As soon as we view his canvas, we feel the placid, unruffled composed feelings that cool us. This tranquillity is paradisal.
There is a definite web spun no matter how wide his concepts are. The depths are totally Indian in spirit. The notable painters who are set sky high in the Indian scene like RAJA RAVI VARMA, HEMEN MAJUMDAR , BIKASH BHATTACHARJEE are the ones whose heirloom AMIT bears and is continuing with the passages of time. He is an honest and deserving person who is carrying forward this rich legacy.
The image or the soul concept which AMIT follows is very much known to us. The techniques of creation and its character make it heavenly. The language of his creations has the rhythm of a soft note on a sharp scale (called KOMOL GANDHAR), its angelic notes and its depth all create the celestial magic. To wrap it all there lies deep calm within.
AMIT has carried forward the legacy of INDIAN artists and has preserved it. Though he is carrying forward a legacy there is his own uniqueness. He has given a new formation to creation. Amit loves life intensely. He nurtures the beauty of life in his soul. His canvas therefore speaks of a deep blissfulness and rapture.
His canvas is poetry. The entire contour gives us food for thought. He speaks of a moment and it is all known to us. Inspite of that, we want to know more as unknown elements are waiting to be unravelled. It may be real but is magical; it has no complex thought processes. It only brings forward simple things and illuminates them. Inspiration gives way to peaceful serenity.
He has woven several poems and has created an epic that has taken him to the doorstep of the world. He has expressed the feelings of life. As soon as one views his creations it takes them on a pilgrimage of salvation and a healing touch where one finds real satisfaction. The wanderers feel eternal bliss and peaceful TRANQUILITY.
